How do I add a client? Clients tab → Add client. You can import the BIP/SAP as PDF or paste their text and Abby extracts behaviors, interventions and programs for you.
How do I draft a note? Home → Start drafting (or Chat → Start Drafting). Answer by tapping chips; Abby writes a compliant note you can review, edit and export.
Does my client data leave my phone? Client records and notes are stored on your device. AI drafting sends only the session details you enter, and only after you consent in the app. See the Privacy Policy.
What is HIPAA privacy mode? Settings → AI. Names are removed on the device before any cloud call and re-inserted locally.
